Selling for $161,000 was a Proof-67 Ultra Cameo 1869 gold $10 graded by the Numismatic Guaranty Corp. Heritage noted that the piece is the finest known of the 25 minted.

Next up, the finest known 1860 Mormon gold $5 brought $155,250, this according to Professional Coin Grading Service records.
