AnnounceMints: Reverse Proof American Innovation
From shipbuilding and space travel to automobiles and assembly lines, the 2025 American Innovation coins honor inventors who shaped our world. The reverse proof set debuts Dec. 9.
Beginning in 2019, four new coins have been released every year, honoring innovation and innovators for each of the 50 states, the District of Columbia, and the five U.S. territories. Released in the order the states ratified the Constitution or were admitted to the Union, the 2025 $1 American Innovation coins were Arkansas, Michigan, Florida, and Texas. They honored Raye Montague, the automobile assembly line, the space shuttle program, and the Mission Control at the Johnson Space Center, respectively.
The reverse proof set of these four coins goes on sale on Dec. 9 and has a mintage limit of 50,028.
