Honoring 250 years of courage and service, the U.S. Mint’s new silver American Eagle joins its Marine Corps anniversary gold, silver, and half-dollar counterparts.
The United States Mint has honored the 250th anniversary of the U.S. Marine Corps with a special one-ounce silver proof American Eagle. The 99.9 percent silver coin features a special privy mark on the obverse.
Previously released were the U.S. Marine Corps Anniversary five-dollar gold coin, half dollar, and silver dollar.
These coins go on sale at the U.S. Mint’s website on November 10.
