The U.S. Mint will open sales for the highly anticipated 2025 Morgan and Peace dollars on September 11.
Collectors can once again add these modern renditions of America’s most beloved silver dollars to their cabinets. Both coins are struck in .999 fine silver and will be available in uncirculated and proof finishes.
The Morgan dollar, first issued in 1878, continues to celebrate America’s westward expansion and industrial progress, while the Peace dollar, introduced in 1921, honors the nation’s hopes for peace following World War I. Together, the coins remain two of the most iconic designs in U.S. numismatic history.
Given the popularity of past issues, collectors are encouraged to act quickly when sales open.
