Triton XX, a sale to be held Jan. 10-11, 2017, at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel during the New York International Numismatic Convention, will feature 1,696 lots of ancient Greek, Celtic, Oriental Greek, Central Asian, Roman Provincial, Roman Republican, and Roman Imperial coinage.
The sale will be conducted by Classical Numismatic Group of Lancaster, Pennsylvania and London, England.
A pre-sale estimate projects the total for Triton XX at over $8 million.
The sale will feature the Dr. Patrick H.C. Tan Collection of Greek, Roman and British Coinage.
