On Saturday, Feb. 3, in cooperation with the World Money Fair and The Journal of East Asian Numismatics, trophies were presented to the winners in the annual Coin of the Year competition held by Krause Publications, parent company of World Coin News and the Standard Catalog of World Coins series.

The ceremony took place in Berlin, Germany, during the World Money Fair and was presided over by Fair founder Albert Beck and Thomas Michael, senior editor, Standard Catalog of World Coins.
