Superheroes are striking again—this time on coins from the U.S. Mint, Monnaie de Paris, and beyond. Discover the latest DC Comics issues lighting up December’s releases.
As we come to the end of 2025, I was surprised to see that there were a few minted coins that featured characters from DC Comics. Although Niue seems to mint a DC Comics-related coin yearly, these new issues were from Monnaie de Paris and the U.S. Mint.
Monnaie de Paris’ DC Comics issues came in different denominations. They feature Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, the Justice League, and the more common villains, such as Harley Quinn and the Joker.
The U.S. Mint also minted coins featuring Batman, Superman, and Wonder Woman, all in $50 denominations. MDM also minted their own take on a Superman coin for Samoa this year.
