What’s New in NumisMaster: April 2026 – Bank Note Edition
This month brings new listings across several countries, contributor additions, and Fiji’s newly issued polymer bank notes.
This month, I reviewed 24 countries and assigned 13 new numbers for Angola, Azerbaijan, Bangladesh, Fiji, and Mongolia. In addition, I would like to acknowledge a contributor, Mr. Hakon Hagelund, who sent us images from his personal collection to add to the missing Norwegian notes on the site.
What’s New?
The Reserve Bank of Fiji unveiled its new set of polymer notes on December 2, 2025, which were released on January 2, 2026. Their current bank notes will be in circulation and then demonetized at the end of this year.
