Have you delayed any coin purchases recently because of Presidential election uncertainty?

Here are some answers sent from our e-newsletter readers to Editor Dave Harper.

No the presidential election has nothing to do with my coin collection.

William Johnston
San Antonio, Texas

The short answer is No. Since most of my purchases lately have been from overseas, I do not feel any impact from the Theater of the Absurd characterizing the current election.

If items I desire are offered at the right price, I buy them. If not, I look elsewhere.

Bob Fritsch
Nashua, N.H.

No.

Yes, I want to make sure Democrats win for a good economy. USA will crash with Trump, going bankrupt like all his companies.

No delay in coin purchases but should Trump be elected, I will liquidate some extras and miscellaneous coins to gain extra cash to invest in metals.

This is because of the next bad recession that will come.

No. In fact, I think that no matter who wins, silver will skyrocket after the election, and we will end the year with at least $25 silver and $1,450-$1,500 gold.

No. I’m selling my collection but did much better last year.
