AnnounceMints: Woodrow Wilson Presidential Medal
The latest addition to the Presidential Silver Medals series honors Woodrow Wilson with a classic portrait and symbolic reverse design.

On February 11, the U.S. Mint released the Woodrow Wilson Presidential Silver Medal. The Presidential Silver Medals Program is very popular with collectors.
President Wilson was the 28th President of the United States, serving from 1913 to 1921.
The obverse of the medal depicts a bust of President Wilson with his name inscribed around it. On the reverse, an eagle with spread wings. Crossed branches of olive and oak in its talons. Behind it stands the Capitol. Underneath are the inscriptions “INAUGURATED PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES MAR. 4, 1913,” and “SECOND TERM MAR. 5, 1917.”
Another stunning addition to a collection of U.S. presidents.
