Numismatic UK Tour 2025 – Day 1
For those who couldn’t join us on our tour of London and Cardiff, follow along with our daily blog as we explore the numismatic offerings of London and Wales.
Today, Wednesday Sept. 3, was the official Day 1 of the trip. Many of the group arrived the night before to rest and be ready for today, still, we kept the itinerary short. Arriving at London Heathrow, the group gathered at the hotel in the evening for a welcome dinner, awarding everyone a casual setting to meet and get to know one another before we head out on our adventures over the next week.
A wonderful group of coin enthusiasts, the conversation flowed, and there was much anticipation for the first stop of the trip in the morning, heading to the well-known coin shop Coincraft.
The schedule for tomorrow will be packed, so the group dispersed after dinner for some much-needed rest before an early start in the morning.
