Three easy steps to managing Your Collections Online:
1. Create
Decide on a unique name for your collection, then decide the structure you want to use from 3 options: a catalog, a planned collection, or an ad-hoc (unplanned) collection.
Specify if you want to handle sets of items as well as individual items – this allows you to store additional information about the sets themselves.
There are multiple options in how new collections can be created: using a template, import from Excel, copy from an existing collection, or build from scratch.
2. Configure
Once created, define or modify the data fields that hold the information for the items and sets in the collection. No matter how you created your collection you can change the structure of your collection to suit your exact needs, deleting fields you don’t want and adding additional ones, at any time whenever or however you want.
3. Manage
Now you are ready to use the Your Collections Online portal to create entries that record information about your collection, and to update that information as your collection grows and changes.
Browsing and searching your collection information is made easy using the comprehensive and flexible filtering options.
You can export your collection information at any time to Excel.

The first step is to register with just your name and email address. Once registered you have 7 days free unlimited access without any obligation - no credit card needed!
After that access is by ongoing subscription until you choose to cancel. At Your Collections Online we keep things simple - all our subscriptions give you access to everything.
You have the option to pay the subscription either monthly, or annually at a significant discount, choosing the currency you want to pay in from a range of popular options.
