A few more modest changes have been made to this page to make it of continuing use to readers. More will be made in coming weeks.
For the time being, the cumulative sales totals for gold and silver American Eagles appear in a box in the lower portion of this column. This reflects all sales made in calendar year 2010 to March 15. For the gold coin, it pays to keep in mind that the Mint sold 51,000 2009-dated pieces this year, so that total should be subtracted from the total sales figure to get an approximate total for 2010-dated coins sold so far.
The monthly total, which shows sales from March 1 to date remains in its familiar location at right.
Disabled Veteran silver dollar sales marched ahead by 16,308 proofs and 5,779 uncirculated coins in the past seven days. At this rate it would take nine more weeks of sales to reach a sellout.
The 2009 proof gold Buffalo rose by 598 pieces to reach 48,994.
