Sales of the 2009 uncirculated and proof sets are also all up modestly. The 36-coin uncirculated set rose 5,154 to top 700,000, at 701,036.
The largest increase among the proof set figures was for the six-quarter set, which went from 590,056 to 599,023 in the Jan. 25 numbers.
The 18-coin clad proof set was up 4,365, and the 18-coin silver proof set increased 2,511.
As of Jan. 25, 13,687 of the 100-coin bags of Northern Mariana Islands quarters were sold (Philadelphia and Denver combined), 2,128 of the 1,000-coin bags (P and D), and 30,658 of the two-roll sets (P and D). These numbers are all up marginally from the Jan. 17 figures.
All of the First Spouse options also saw slight increases.
