The Acadia National Park 5-ounce coin zoomed past the Chaco design when it put its initial 9,900 number on the board even as Chaco advanced 1,500 to 7,400 pieces. The 2012 El Yunque moved ahead to by 1,600 to reach 13,200. Even the 2011 Olympic, Vicksburg and Chickasaw totals moved ahead a little bit.

Collectible versions of the 5-ounce El Yunque and Chaco coins saw 111 and 422 additional sales, respectively, to bring the running totals to 12,035 and 7,433.
Proof 2012-W American Eagles leaped ahead by 34,061 to reach 526,806 spurred on by a $5 a coin price cut to $54.95.
The uncirculated 2012-W gold American Eagle advanced by 143 coins to 4,038.
