The first Girl Scout commemorative silver dollar sales numbers appear in the commemorative box. It is a work in progress. Forgive the fact that the 5-Star General program has not yet begun, nor have the possibilities of multi-coin sets been yet given individual line listings. The box contents will take shape over the next few weeks.
Bullion buyers put a little life into the 2011 Vicksburg and Chickasaw 5-ounce silver America the Beautiful results. The former surged by 12,400 to 58,100 and the latter by 8,800 to 48,700. Of the 2012 dates, only the Chaco Culture bullion piece moved ahead by 600 to reach 24,400. The uncirculated collector version of the 2012 Acadia piece went off sale and an asterisk was placed with the 14,978 sales figure.
Buyers of proof 2013-W silver American Eagles acquired another 22,051 coins to bring sales so far this year to 352,287. The sales pace is lagging 2012 results.
