Mint Stats: More Mint offers conclude for the year
Silver five-ounce Fort McHenry and Mount Rushmore collector versions have now sold out, bringing the curtain down on both the 2013 collector and bullion America the Beautiful issues. It wasn’t a bad year.
Silver five-ounce Fort McHenry and Mount Rushmore collector versions have now sold out, bringing the curtain down on both the 2013 collector and bullion America the Beautiful issues. It wasn’t a bad year. Demand has turned the corner and 2013 numbers are higher than 2012 numbers. Will 2014 be even better than this year? I wouldn’t be surprised.
Another 52,000 silver American Eagle bullion coins were sold since the last week’s numbers were compiled. That wraps up the year. A record 42,675,000 silver Eagles were sold in 2013. Now attention turns to 2014.
The standard proof gold Buffalo one-ounce coin went off sale at 18,596 pieces.
If you look at Presidential dollar roll and bag numbers you will see a few more sales options have gone off sale. Next year there will be no 500-coin dollar boxes at all. Few will lament their passing, and certainly that means room will be saved in the Presidential and Native American dollar section here.
