The United States Mint is now accepting orders for the newest 2019 America the Beautiful five-ounce silver uncirculated coin. This coin honors the American Memorial Park in the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, which is located in the Northwestern Pacific Ocean.

Struck in .999 fine silver at the Philadelphia Mint, the coin is priced at $154.95. Three inches in diameter, it bears the same designs featured on the America the Beautiful quarters program coin counterparts. On the reverse, a young woman in traditional attire stands in front of the Flag Circle and Court of Honor, resting her hand on the plaque whose text honors the sacrifice of those who died in the Marianas Campaign of World War II. The obverse depicts a 1932 restored portrait of George Washington.

Each coin comes encapsulated in a presentation case with a Certificate of Authenticity. The mint limit has been set at 20,000.

For collectors interested in the quarters, the Mint began offering rolls and bags of the American Memorial Park quarters from Philadelphia, Denver, and San Francisco Mints on April 1. 100-coin bags are available from all three Mints, while the two-roll sets are available with the Philadelphia and Denver mintmarks. 40-coin rolls from the Philadelphia Mint, as well as three-roll sets from the Philadelphia, Denver, and San Francisco Mints, are also being offered.
