Despite the 2015 John F. Kennedy Coin and Chronicles set being unavailable at the Mint, some buyers just don’t want to hold on to them. Sales data puts the total sold at 49,370 sets as of Oct. 11, down 363 units from Oct. 4.
The Mint has released the final two product options for the Bombay Hook America the Beautiful quarter.
The Bombay Hook three-coin set containing a quarter from each Mint facility began sales Oct. 6. Collectors ordered 9,292 sets as of Oct. 11.
The uncirculated collector’s version of the Bombay Hook 5-ounce silver coin went on sale Oct. 8. The Mint reports selling 14,433 coins by Oct. 11.
October’s gold and silver bullion coin sales by Oct. 14 stand at 18,500 one-ounce, 2,000 half-ounce, 4,000 quarter-ounce and 25,000 tenth-ounce gold Eagles. Authorized Purchasers have also ordered 1,920,500 silver Eagles and 8,000 gold Buffaloes during that same time range.
