Mint Stats: Uncirculated silver Eagle demand drops
The Mint really has collectors well trained. When it says a coin is available, we jump. The uncirculated 2012-W silver American Eagle went on the charts last week at a strong 135,104.
The Mint really has collectors well trained. When it says a coin is available, we jump. The uncirculated 2012-W silver American Eagle went on the charts last week at a strong 135,104. This week saw a dramatic drop as just 6,110 more were ordered to bring the running total to 141,214. However, since nearly 300,000 of the 2011 coins have been sold there are very likely a few more buyers the Mint has yet to hear from.
Buyers snared over 225,000 more Acadia Culture “S” clad quarters to bring the running total to 639,960. The Chaco Culture number advanced by about 55,000 to reach 925,760 and El Yunque chugged ahead by roughly 33,000 to reach 1,363,120.
Benjamin Harrison Presidential dollar demand started strong and the various sales options have taken their place at right. The Making American History Coin and Currency Set is in the far right column with the 2010 cent roll.
