Eleanor Roosevelt gold sold out?

The 2014 Eleanor Roosevelt First Spouse gold coin appears to be sold out. The United States Mint website no longer lists the coin and the total sold has been removed from the weekly sales report. Latest numbers as of April 5 show that collectors procured 1,886 uncirculated and 2,377 proof coins before the sellout.

The 2014 American Buffalo gold proof coin, long sold out with 20,557 purchased, is replaced in this week’s Mint Statistics with the 2015 release. First offered on April 9, buyers ordered 5,497 coins as of April 12.

Gold and silver bullion sales are up during a weaker metals market between April 8 and April 15. During that time, Authorized Purchasers bought 6,5000 one-ounce, 1,000 half-ounce, 2,000 quarter-ounce and 10,000 tenth-ounce American Eagle gold bullion coins. The same period also saw 635,500 silver Eagles and 5,000 gold Buffaloes acquired by Authorized Purchasers.
