The year is coming to a close and the Mint is closing out sales on many coins and sets.
Most notably, the Baseball Hall of Fame clad proof half dollar is sold out, with 249,049 coins taken since its release.
The Arches National Park 5-ounce silver collector’s coin is also gone, with buyers purchasing 28,179 coins. The coin previous to it, the Shenandoah 5-ounce coin, is still on sale.
The final gold American Eagle proof coin, the tenth-ounce, is sold out at 14,215 purchased.
The 2014 Native American dollar coin and currency set, now recognized by coin collectors as containing an enhanced uncirculated dollar coin, saw a jump in sales from Nov. 30 to Dec. 7. Collectors ordered 24,226 sets during that time, putting the total sets sold at 38,299. There is a maximum mintage of 50,000 for the set.
Bullion sales are slowing as the Mint is allocating their final sales. Only 2,000 quarter-ounce and 15,000 tenth-ounce gold Eagles were sold, along with 841,500 silver Eagles from Dec. 3 to Dec. 10.
