Bags and rolls of the third quarter in the new America the Beautiful series honoring Yosemite National Park were put on sale to collectors July 26 by the U.S. Mint.

Price of a 100-coin bag of uncirculated coins is $35.95 each. Quarters in each bag are either all from Denver or all from Philadelphia.

Two-roll sets that contain one roll of uncirculated coins from Denver and one roll from the Philadelphia Mint are priced at $32.95 each. Rolls contain 40 coins and have a $10 face value.

All orders are also charged a $4.95 shipping and handling fee.

The Mint says the bags are made of canvas and have tags attached designating the mint of origin, “Yosemite,” “CA” and “$25,” the face value of the coins inside.

The paper rolls have “Yosemite,” the abbreviation “CA” for California, the mint of origin and “$10” indicated.

The Yosemite quarter’s reverse depicts the iconic El Capitan, which rises more than 3,000 feet above the valley floor and is the largest monolith of granite in the world, according to the U.S.
Mint.

It was designed by Mint sculptor-engraver Joseph Menna and sculpted by sculptor-engraver Phebe Hemphill.

To order, visit the Mint’s website at www.usmint.gov, or telephone (800) USA-MINT.
