Thirty members of Indiana’s Calumet Numismatic Club and their family members celebrated the club’s 800th meeting Sept. 17 at Dick’s Restaurant in St. John, Ind.
A motion was made and approved at the meeting to retain the officers for 2009. Ken Fehlberg is president, Larry Dora is vice president, Janfrey Ellingham is secretary and Jim Wagner is treasurer.
The club issued a wooden nickel to mark the meeting. They are available for 50 cents each plus a self-addressed, stamped envelope. Additional postage is required for more than one.
