Sales of the Little Rock Coin and Medal Sets had passed the halfway point as of May 28.
The U.S. Mint reported it had sold 15,507 sets by that date, fewer than 10,000 away from the production limit of 25,000 sets.
Included in the $40 sets are an uncirculated 2007 Little Rock commemorative silver dollar and a bronze medal, both marking the 50th anniversary of the racial desegregation of Little Rock Central High School.
See the Mint Stats page in this issue for Mint sales figures of the individual Little Rock silver dollar in uncirculated and proof finishes.
