New Jersey’s Ocean County Coin Club is recognizing National Coin Week with a mini-show, exhibits and a youth treasure hunt on April 15.
National Coin Week is sponsored annually by the American Numismatic Association.
There will be 15 dealers available at the OCCC show to answer questions and to buy, sell and trade coins, paper money, tokens and medals. Those participating in the treasure hunt will receive free coins and paper money.
“It is only a three hour show, but we cram a lot into it to make it enjoyable for our visitors and collectors,” said Dennis Berube, club president.
Admission is free, and hours are 5-8 p.m. It will take place at the Ocean Fire House on the corner of Arnold and St. Louis Avenues in Point Pleasant Beach, N.J.
