The Pennsylvania Association of Numismatists’ 14th spring show will be held at a new location. The event, slated for May 22-24, will take place at the Charles L. Sewall Center at Robert Morris University in Moon Township, Pa.
More than 125 dealers from across the country will offer U.S. and foreign coins and paper money, tokens and ancient coins.
PAN expects attendance of more than 3,300 to buy, sell and trade. There is no sales tax on coins and bullion in Pennsylvania.
The association will sponsor an exhibit competition. Prizes will be presented at the Sunday morning Awards Breakfast.
Among the events planned for the show is the educational PAN 4 Kids session tailored to children and their parents.
The PAN Kid Zone, where the goal is to fill an album with wheat cents, is another popular attraction for young collectors.
Public hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. May 22-23, and 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. May 24. Parking and admission are free.
