Lee Orr presented a grading seminar Dec. 8 at the Kenwood Park Center in Minneapolis, Minn., when the Northwest Coin Club held its December meeting. Orr is a longtime dealer at the club’s annual show and club supporter.
The December meeting also included a Christmas potluck dinner and club dues for 2012 were collected.
The Northwest Coin Club is offering one tuition-paid week to the 2012 American Numismatic Association Summer Seminar to one of its members. The selected member will be announced at the January meeting.
During December, the club was present at the Bloomington Coin & Currency Show in Bloomington, Minn., on Dec. 4, the Roseville Coin Show in Roseville, Minn., on Dec. 10, and the Meyers Coin Show in South St. Paul Dec. 18.
Northwest Coin Club also announced that it will hold its 78th Annual Money Show March 16-18 in Brooklyn Center, Minn. The show will include an early bird badge for extended bourse floor access, a youth auction and free admission and parking. For information on renting a table, contact Dave at (320) 259-0233.
