The obverse designed by Mel Wacks depicts the histoaric prototype Year One Judaean shekel issued in 66/67 A.D. One of the two known examples of the sold for over a million dollars in a Heritage auction last year.

On the reverse is the AINA logo designed by Nat Sobel.

Medals are sent free to current AINA members. Numismatic News readers may order examples for $5 each postpaid, according to Wacks.
