June 30 end of Cover sales

Collectors of the U.S. Mint’s First Day Covers have until June 30 to grab those that were issued for the District of Columbia and U.S. Territories program.

The six individual issues are priced at $14.95 each. They contain a Philadelphia and Denver uncirculated quarter in a colorful stamped and postally cancelled envelope.

So far, buyers have purchased 19,554 of the District of Columbia covers, 16,533 of the Puerto Rico covers, 13,012 Guam covers, 11,423 of the American Samoa covers, 10,203 of the U.S. Virgin Island covers and 9,653 of the Northern Marianas cover.
