Patrick Heller is the 2012 recipient of the American Numismatic Association Harry J. Forman Dealer of the Year Award, which was presented Aug. 7 at the World’s Fair of Money Kick-Off event at the National Constitution Center in Philadelphia. The award is named in honor of the late Philadelphia coin dealer and author.
