A special combined meeting of the New England Currency Club and Boston Numismatic Society April 11 will offer an evening of discussion on coins, tokens, medals and paper money. The program will feature presentations from Anne Bentley, David M. Sundman and Q. David Bowers.
The three presenters will answer questions, share their experiences and comment on the marketplace.
Bentley is curator at the Massachusetts Historical Society. Founded in 1791, it is the oldest historical society in America. She is an acclaimed author, writer, researcher and speaker.
Sundman is chief executive of Littleton Coin Co. With more than 300 employees, it is one of America’s largest rare coin dealerships.
Bowers is chairman emeritus of Stack’s-Bowers and numismatic director of Whitman Publishing.
