Great Britain releases 50p Olympic theme designs

Honoring the 2012 London Olympic games, great Britian realest this week the designs of 29 circulating 50 pence coins. 8 are available now, 8 will be available in November and the remained will be issued by mid-2011. The designs feature many of the sports of the Summer Games, with one - Wheelchair Rugby, honoring the Special Olympic theme. This are in addition to several circulating 2 pound and about ten 5 pound coins already issued.
