Distinctive Coins adds to staff

Chris McCaugherty has joined the staff of Distinctive Coins of Downers Grove, Ill., as a full-time numismatist.

McCaugherty moved from Tampa, Fla., where he has been active in the foreign coin market for the last 10 years. He joins his father, John McCaugherty, who established the business in the 1970s.

Also on staff is Jim Alexander, a philatelic expert who has been with the company for more than 10 years, and operations manager Ray Sightzinger, who has been with Distinctive Coins for five years.
