CSNS issues bourse applications

Bourse applications are now available for Central States Numismatic Society’s 2011 convention, Jerry Lebo, bourse chairman, announced Aug. 30.

The event, in its 72nd year, will be held April 25-30 at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, Ill.

“Our first mailing was made on Aug. 30 to all booth holders from our 2009 Milwaukee convention who operated their booths until at least 3 p.m. on the final day of that event,” said Lebo.

“Our next mailing will go out 15 days after that and our final mailing will be made on Oct. 1 to dealers on our mailing list who did not have booths in Milwaukee in 2009.

“Our Board has determined that this mailing schedule recognizes dealers who have been the most loyal in supporting our convention, as well as those who helped provide a more active convention for our attendees by actually remaining until very close to the end of our event,” he said.

Bourse activities open on April 27 with Professional Numismatists Guild Day, with admission restricted to those with an invitation or others who pay a $75 registration fee.
