The hotel room block at the Crowne Plaza Chicago O’Hare is on the verge of being sold out over the dates of the March 5-8 15th Annual Chicago Paper Money Expo, according to convention chairman Kevin Foley.
“There are only a few rooms still available under our special discount program with the Crowne Plaza,” Foley said in a Nov. 24 press release. “Because of both our and other events taking place at the Crowne Plaza over the CPMX dates, the facility is on the verge of being physically sold out over all the nights of our event.”
He urges show attendees to take advantage of the accommodations while they are still available.
“We have a particularly attractive rate of only $112, but once the hotel is sold out, it is sold out and the alternative will likely be for our attendees to stay somewhere else at a substantially higher cost.”
CPMX participants should call the hotel at (847) 671-6350 and mention rate code “KF1” for the special show rate.
The Crowne Plaza is located at 5440 N River Road in the north Chicago suburb of Rosemont, less than two miles from O’Hare Airport. The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle to and from the airport for its guests.
