Coin show returns to Sunnyvale
A coin show is returning to Sunnyvale, Calif., after a one-year absence. The show is scheduled for Friday and Saturday, March 15 and 16, 2019, at the Domain Hotel, 1085 East El Camino Real.
Doors will open to the public at 10 a.m. each day.
Bill Green, owner of NorCal Coin Shows, said that the planned renovation of the Domain Hotel caused the cancellation of the November 2018 coin show, so it has been a year since the last show was held at this location.
Renovation is now not expected to begin until next year, so a November 2019 coin show is planned in addition to the March 2019 event.
The Domain Hotel has been the home of the Sunnyvale Coin Show for eight years. It has consistently proven to be a well-attended show and is a favorite of many West Coast coin dealers, Green said.
Besides the March and November shows in Sunnyvale, NorCal Coin Shows will also host a June 2019 show in Concord, Calif., and a July 2019 coin show in Sparks, Nev.
