Club issues show wood

A wooden nickel has been issued by the Charleston, W.Va., Coin Club for its annual coin show held Nov. 2-3.

A wooden nickel has been issued by the Charleston, W.Va., Coin Club for its annual coin show held Nov. 2-3.

Collectors can buy them for 50 cents each plus a self-addressed, stamped envelope.

Design is a traditional one depicting the Indian Head side of a Buffalo nickel on one side and show information on the other.

Orders should be sent to Don Clifford in care of the club at P.O. Box 65, St. Albans, WV 25177.

A list of available woods from prior years can be obtained upon request.
