Club issues Fort Bliss medal

The International Coin Club of El Paso, Texas, has produced limited edition medals commemorating Fort Bliss, a U.S. Army post organized in 1848 and  located in New Mexico and Texas.

The International Coin Club of El Paso, Texas, has produced limited edition medals commemorating Fort Bliss, a U.S. Army post organized in 1848 and located in New Mexico and Texas.

The club’s fifth medal, produced in conjunction with its 47th annual show also honoring Fort Bliss, was issued in silver for members of the club. Available to collectors is a two-medal set that consists of one antique nickel medal and one antique bronze medal. Just 80 sets were made available. A single antique bronze medal is also available.

The two-medal set costs $25 including priority mail shipping. The single bronze medal is $9.50 including first class postage.
