Club issues 2010 colored wood

Following its successful 2007, 2008 and 2009 issues, the Central Arkansas Coin Club has issued ano ther colored wooden nickel for 2010.

Following its successful 2007, 2008 and 2009 issues, the Central Arkansas Coin Club has issued ano ther colored wooden nickel for 2010.

The wood’s obverse features the design of the first issue in the Mint’s America the Beautiful quarter series honoring Hot Springs National park. Above the design is “Central Arkansas Coin Club 2010,” and below is “America’s First National Park.”

The center of the reverse lists club information: “Central Arkansas Coin Club Meets on the 3rd Thursday Monthly, Parkway Place Baptist Church, 303 Parkway, Little Rock.” Above this text is President Steve Parker’s name and phone number. Below is “Good for a Coffe or Soda.”

Colors included in the design are red, black, green, blue and brown.

The 2010 wooden nickel is available for $1 each, or three for $2. Those who order three are eligible for a free 2009 reverse error Lincoln Log Cabin wooden nickel, while supplies last.
