Antique Trader, the national antiques publication delivering news, commentary and advertising for the antiques market, is currently accepting entries for its 7th Annual Favorite Finds Contest. Entries eligible for inclusion in the 2015 contest will be accepted through midnight September 30, 2015. Once again, Heritage Auctions is serving as the contest sponsor.
“Over the last several years, Heritage Auctions has been a stellar supporter of the Antique Trader Favorite Finds contest,” said Karen Knapstein, print editor of Antique Trader. “I’m elated to be able to announce this year’s Favorite Finds grand prize will once again be a $500 auction credit good for any qualifying Heritage auction.”

The contest is all about collectors and their stories. Perhaps it’s a story told many times over, but one that still brings a smile to people’s faces; or maybe it’s a recent discovery a collector can’t wait to share with those who will surely appreciate it. The Favorite Finds contest is the perfect vehicle.
“We’re all very happy to continue our relationship with Antique Trader and its readers,” said Noah Fleisher, public relations director at Heritage Auctions. “The Favorite Finds Contest has become a yearly tradition we all look forward to here, and we’re always amazed at the treasures people uncover.”
Knapstein continues, “Traditionally, the Favorite Finds edition of Antique Trader is one of my favorite issues of the year. We’ve also received feedback from many subscribers, stating that they love reading all the stories, too.
“Again this year, everyone who submits an entry, regardless of whether or not they are Antique Trader subscribers, will receive a complimentary copy of the 2015 Favorite Finds edition.”
Contest entries can be sent to Antique Trader Favorite Finds, 700 E. State St., Iola, WI 54990 or to ATNews@fwcommunity.com. Including a photo of the entrant’s ‘favorite find’ is encouraged. If sending by e-mail, include “2015 Favorite Finds Contest Entry” in the subject line. Contest entries must be received before midnight September 30, 2015.
