The Fresno Numismatic Society is holding its 44th annual Fresno Coin Show Oct. 23-24 at the Las Palmas Masonic Center located at 2992 E. Clinton Ave. in Fresno.
Twenty-four coin dealers from the West Coast will be present to buy, sell, trade and appraise U.S. and foreign coins and currency, ancient coinage, tokens and medals. Also featured will be an educational exhibit Area displaying member-created exhibits. Organizers expect an attendance of 500 or more for the two-day event.
Show attendees will receive a commemorative wooden dollar featuring the new Yosemite quarter design and entry into a free hourly numismatic drawing. A gold and silver raffle will take place on Sunday afternoon.
Show hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Oct. 23, and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Oct. 24. Admission is $2.
