The Professional Currency Dealers Association, which recently held its National Currency and Coin Convention in Rosemont, Ill., presented the Numismatic Crime Information Center with a check for $2,000.
The funds will assist the NCIC in its efforts to educate the law enforcement community about numismatic crimes and aid collectors in the recovering stolen property.
Making the March 3 presentation to Doug Davis, director of the NCIC, was Peter Treglia, PCDA president.
