A room rate of $139 is available to Central States attendees, said Kevin Foley, convention chairman. He urges those interested to make reservations while space is still available.
To do so, call the hotel at (847) 303-4100 and mention rate code “CSNCSNA” to receive the discounted rate.
The convention will feature two Heritage Signature Sales, one focused on coins and the other specializing in rare paper currency. The first auction session will be held on April 18 with sessions continuing through April 20.
In addition to the auctions and a 250-plus booth bourse, the show will feature an educational exhibit area as well as an eight-session Civil War Educational Forum and a number of numismatic club meetings. Groups meeting in conjunction with the show include the Fellowship of Christian Numismatists, the Liberty Seated Collectors Club, the Medal Collectors of America and the Chicago Coin Club.
Jerry Lebo will once again serve as bourse chairman for the convention. Dealers interested in bourse space should contact him by phone at (574) 753-2489, or by email at jclebo@frontier.com.
