In a suprise move Dec. 16, the Mint reopened sales of the 2014 Baseball Hall of Fame silver dollar since its sellout in early April. The Mint said that some 3,500 were available across the uncirculated and proof options. Buyers have purchased 131,004 uncirculated and 265,430 proof dollars since its first release. Future Mint Stats will reflect any changes in sales numbers.
Likewise, the Baseball clad halves are also on back order, after being marked out of stock previously.
The 2014 American $1 Coin and Currency set is sold out as of Dec. 14, selling all 50,000 of the 50,000 sets offered.
The 2014 platinum Eagle proof is also gone, with 4,813 ordered by collectors.
Several 2013 and 2014 Presidential $1 Coin and First Spouse Medal Sets are gone though previous years are still available.
Sales of gold Buffalo and Eagle bullion coins have not changed since Dec. 10, though silver Eagle orders are up 453,500 coins by Dec. 17.
