What’s New in NumisMaster: May 2026

This month’s NumisMaster update delivers hundreds of new coin listings, expanded pricing data, and fresh precious metals adjustments as markets continue to shift.

Monnaie de Paris has released a new series, the “Collection of Region,” to celebrate the regions of France. The coins released for 2026 are inspired by Grand Est, Île-de-France, and Occitanie. They are available in €5, €10, and €500 in gold and silver, as well as in round and hexagonal shapes.

Last month, we added over 200 new and missing 2025 issues to Canada, Chad, China, Cook Islands, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, and France. We have also finished pricing updates to 1800–2000 Canadian coins. Precious metal coins have been priced for the 2025 Croatia and Estonia issues as well.

Along with coin additions and pricing updates, we ran a precious metals update to keep up with the ever-fluctuating market prices. Silver took a huge nosedive from this time last month, dropping over $21 an ounce, gold dropped over $500 an ounce, and platinum and palladium dropped roughly $400. Could it be possible that things are starting to settle down and prices are going to return to “normal?” I do not believe that to be the case, but we will continue to update the website to stay current with the market.
