News from Chris Rudd: New 24/7 ‘shop’ for low-cost Celtic coins opens October 5

After 30 years with Chris Rudd, Liz Cottam is marking the milestone with a new website and a major addition with Liz’s List.

In 1996, Liz Cottam joined Chris Rudd as his secretary/PA. Having helped turn his small firm into the world’s leading dealer in British Celtic coins and having co-authored, edited and/or published seven books, including Ancient British Coins (ABC) and the award-winning Britain’s First Coins, Liz now owns the company and runs it with the help of her manager, Sandra Matthews.

To mark the 30th anniversary of her joining Chris Rudd, Liz is making two major changes to the business, which she believes will make life easier for all her customers and enquirers, whether at home or overseas.

Firstly, a new-format Chris Rudd website will be much simpler, faster and more convenient to use than the present one.

Secondly, on Monday 5 October, Liz’s List will go exclusively and continuously online. It will be updated frequently with a larger choice of low-cost rarities, all under £1,500 and all at fixed prices. As always, they are covered by Chris Rudd’s full money back guarantee of authenticity.

Liz says: “For years we have had problems with postal delays and many collectors have missed out on the coins they wanted because of that. Putting the majority of our lower fixed priced coins online gives all our customers 24/7 access to them. As an incurable phone-scrolling shopaholic, I know how crucial it is to have an easy-to-use website with convenient payment methods, whatever the time of day… or night.”
