Solomon Islands
The Pacific island nation has released a commemorative $50 bank note to celebrate the country’s 50th Golden Jubilee. This new note resembles the circulating $50 bill but incorporates polymer technology and updated security features. It is produced in limited quantities and is expected to become a collector’s item. Eastern Caribbean Central Bank
A new series of bank notes will honor the heritage of the eight member countries that make up the Eastern Caribbean Currency Union (Anguilla, Antigua and Barbuda, Dominica, Grenada, Montserrat, St. Kitts and Nevis, St. Lucia, and St. Vincent and the Grenadines).
