    I have one 32-note sheet of $1.00 bills a friend sent me as a Birthday gift about 15 years ago, but that’s the only one.. I don’t “collect” them.. it’s stil in the cardboard tube in which he sent it to me, and once in a while I take it out and unroll it and look at it, then roll it up and put it back in the tube.. so if having one counts as collecting, then yes.. if not buying any more of them counts as collecting, then no..
