Video receives award

Another award is going to a video put together by Heritage Auction Galleries.

Days after being notified that they had won a Certificate for Creative Excellence in the U.S. International Film and Video Festival, the Dallas-based company learned that they had also won a Bronze ?Telly? in the 27th Annual Telly Awards competition.

According to the organization?s official release, ?The 27th Telly Awards Competition received over 12,000 entries from the finest ad agencies, production companies, TV stations, cable companies, and corporations in the world. It is a tremendous achievement to be selected for recognition.?

Since 1978, the ?Tellys? have recognized outstanding local, regional, and cable TV commercials and programs, as well as the finest video and film productions, by awarding both silver and bronze awards in a variety of categories.

Produced and directed by David Lisot from a script by John Petty,  the video details the benefits of selling collections of coins and currency through Heritage.

The video is hosted by Jay Johnson, former director of the U.S. Mint.

The video can be seen in its entirety on Heritage?s Web site at http://coins.heritageauctions.com/common/video.php, or a hard copy can be requested by emailing bid@HeritageAuctions.com.
